About this event:
We will continue our Thursday rallies at Tigard Tesla each Thursday from 4pm -5pm. The media is picking up on these rallies and our messages! Trump and Musk continue to slash through the Federal government agencies, fire workers, and pull funding from programs that help all in this country. They just slashed 50% of the workforce of the Dept of Education. They have cut back on security measures used for elections, including measures that helped stop foreign interference in our elections. And on Monday Musk said entitlements, which encompasses a good part of Federal spending, "is the one to eliminate". So we are rallying to protest the fact that an unelected billionaire with Trump's blessing is slashing government and cutting programs that help all people so that the wealthy can have tax breaks. And Republicans in Congress are complicit by their silence. There is parking a couple of blocks south of the Tesla store in shopping center. We will be out here each Thursday at 4pm.
