Ihr gesamte Argumentation fällt unter <a href="https://climatejustice.social/tags/Whataboutism" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Whataboutism</span></a>. Aber hier ein paar weitere Gedanken dazu:</p><p>1) Wie rechtfertigen Sie überhaupt Ihre Reise nach Island? Sind sie mit dem Schiff hingefahren?</p><p>2) Anmerkungen zum Text:</p><p>„Die Klamotten bestimmter Marken in den Müll schmeißen, weil sich eine Marke als „böse“ herausstellt?“</p><p>Sie haben den Tesla gekauft, obwohl sie wussten, dass Elon Musk den Hitlergruß bei Trumps Inauguration gezeigt hat, obwohl Sie wussten, dass Musk Alice Weidel auf Twitter interviewt hat, obwohl Sie wussten, dass Musk zur Wahl der AfD aufgerufen hat. Das ist ein wesentlicher Unterschied. Ansonsten kann es schon sein, dass man bestimmte Marken nicht mehr tragen kann, wenn sie sich zum Beispiel zu Nazi-Marken entwickeln. Vielleicht sogar ohne Verschulden der Marke selbst.</p><p>„Musk steht in der Öffentlichkeit und bietet seinen Kritikern damit die perfekte Angriffsfläche. Gleichzeitig besitzen die Empörten dann iPhones, Klamotten von Shein oder unnötige Gadgets von Alibaba, die unter menschenunwürdigen Arbeitsbedingungen gefertigt wurden.“<br> <br>Whataboutism. Es geht um Ihre Handlung. Dass sich andere Menschen falsch verhalten, ist keine Rechtfertigung dafür.</p><p>„Oder kaufen Demeter-Produkte, obwohl führende Funktionäre des Verbands NS-Verbindungen hatten.“<br> <br>Wägen Sie ab: Produkte einer Firma, die früher mit Nazis kollaboriert hat, vs. Produkte einer Firma, deren Firmenchef 13% der Firma gehört und der jetzt aktiv Nazi-Parteien unterstützt, soziale Netzwerke manipuliert, einen Staat autoritär umbaut? Würden Sie von Hitler ein Auto kaufen? Weil es leider geil ist?</p><p>„Nutzen die Empörten vielleicht sogar noch PayPal? Dessen Vorgängerunternehmen wurde auch von Musk gegründet.“<br> <br>Finden Sie Ihre Argumentation nicht selbst absurd? Musk ist an Paypal nicht beteiligt. Man kann ihm durch Nicht-Benutzung dieses Dienstes nicht schaden. Er würde es nicht merken, wenn niemand mehr Paypal nutzen würde. Wenn der Kurs von Tesla einbricht bzw. der Absatz, dann merkt er es sehr wohl.“</p><p>„Oder ChatGPT? Bei OpenAI war er auch anfangs mit im Boot.“</p><p>Selbe Argumentation wie bei Paypal.</p><p>„Bei all den genannten Produkten gibt es freundliche Alternativen, werden einige sagen. Sicher? Solange wir von Unternehmen sprechen, werden wir bei allen irgendwann irgendwelche Leichen im Keller finden, wenn wir genau hinsehen. Und wo ziehen wir die Grenze? Bis wohin sind bestimmte Produkte in Ordnung und ab wann moralisch verwerflich? Ist Korruption okay? Ausbeutung in Ländern des Globalen Südens? Menschen mit Nazivergangenheit in den Chefetagen? CEOs, die bestimmte Parteien unterstützen?“</p><p>Verschiedene Menschen werden die Grenzen an verschiedenen Stellen ziehen. Manche haben bewusst kein Konto bei der <a href="https://climatejustice.social/tags/DeutscheBank" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>DeutscheBank</span></a>, manche haben keinen <a href="https://climatejustice.social/tags/Amazon" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Amazon</span></a> Account. Manche kaufen gar kein Auto, auch kein E-Auto, weil die Herstellung von Autos schon so viel CO2-Ausstoß verursacht, dass es unverantwortlich ist, ein Auto zu kaufen, wenn man Zugriff auf eine Nahverkehrsnetz hat. Das muss jede*r mit seinem Gewissen ausmachen. Bei vielen Menschen liegt diese Grenze jedenfalls sehr weit unter offen faschistisch agierenden, nicht gewählten Regierungsmitgliedern, die sich damit beschäftigen, aktiv eine Demokratie zu zerstören.</p><p>„Solange wir konsumieren, werden wir Dinge kaufen, die uns negativ ausgelegt werden könnten. Und solange sich die Menschen, die sich über meinen Tesla-Kauf echauffieren, nicht in den Wald zurückziehen, ihr Essen selbst anbauen, ihre Kleidung selbst herstellen und komplett im Einklang mit der Natur leben, ist es scheinheilig, wenn sie sich über meine Kaufentscheidung empören.“</p><p>Das ist nicht korrekt. Wenn man diese Argumentation zuließe, gäbe es überhaupt keinen Grund, sich irgendwie verantwortungsbewusst zu verhalten. „Was Sie wollen meine Flüge kritisieren? Sie essen ja noch Butter! Bevor Sie nicht damit aufhören, dürfen Sie mich nicht kritisieren!“ Jede Kritik an verschieden großen Verbrechen könnte man mit Verweis auf Kleinigkeiten abtun.</p><p>„Gegen Teslas zu sein, ist Zeitgeist. Man ist gegen Musk, also ist man gegen Tesla.“</p><p>Indem man Teslas kauft, trägt man zu Musks Macht und Reichtum bei. Er hat Anteile an Tesla verkauft, um davon für 44 Milliarden Doller Twitter zu kaufen, womit er dann dafür gesorgt hat, dass Trump die Wahlen gewonnen hat. Indem Sie für Profite von Musk sorgen, sorgen Sie für weitere Jahre Trump.
