Why #linux will never have mass appeal, reason number 487 - though they all boil down to the same reason: Linux is hard to install for non-techies. Case in point:
1. I researched which flavour would be good: #Mint was suggested and selected.
2. Mint promises easy-to-use, lots of support, etc.
3. Mint's instructions are incorrect - they tell you to Select Image but that must be an old option, as I don't see it.
4. Mint says to 'copy your iso file.' No no-tech knows what or where that is.
